- For STANDARD return (within 15 working days) make check payable to: "CHQ" in the amount of $75.00 then return by mail to P.O. Box 70477, Las Vegas NV 89170.
- For STANDARD return (in 6-8 working days) make credit card payable in the amount of $75.00 then fax to 702 796-6694 or email to: chqinc@juno.com
- For EXPEDITED return (within 24-36 hours), make credit card payable in the amount of $200.00 then fax to 702 796-6694 or email to: chqinc@juno.com
- Please tell us, on your credit card form or check, how we should forward your Certificate of Good Standing to you. Regular mail or email at no extra charge.
Your company must be current with fees and filings prior to applying for a Certificate of Good Standing.
