Form a Nevada Limited Partnership (Chapter 87A)

  1. Have your Attorney, CPA, or tax preparer download the appropriate form here.
  2. Forward the completed document to CHQ, along with payment of $100., and we will accept as your registered agent. This satifies your registered fee for the first full year.
  3. If paying by check, mail to P.O. Box 70477, Las Vegas NV 89170, OR;
  4. If paying by credit card, fax to 702 796-6694, or email to: chqinc@juno.com
  5. If paying by check, allow time for bank clearance.
  6. We will return the document to you in accordance with your instructions.
